Angled to face directly out to sea, its full-length, heat-tempered, glass windows mean that sauna guests can engage with their environment and the enviable view of the mythical May Isle, beyond, interspersed with dips in one of The East Neuk’s most iconic tidal pools.

Cellardyke Seaside Sauna is located behind The Grind, the cute little airstream selling hot drinks and snacks, at the far end of Cellardyke Tidal Pool.

Lined in blonde Alder that reflects the light is a joy for all the senses, offering a relaxing environment in the winter, when the only light is the stove and the stars, and an enlivening experience in the summer, when it elevates the long light, of a Scottish summer.
